Melamine modified APP-II(APP202) is a Flame Retardant based on phosphorus /nitrogen synergism, free formaldehyde,manufactured from APP201 with melamine modified according to own method.
APP202 is different from APP201 in the following properties:
-Reduce solubility in water;
-Reduce viscosity in water;
-Obviously improve dispersibility and compatibility with polymers and resins;
-Increase fluidity of powder;
-Improve thermal expansion efficiency during inflaming retarding process and insulation performance.

APP202 can be used for all applications that ammonium polyphosphate is suitable. APP202 is more fine than APP201, at the meantime APP202 is more rule granule figure, which makes APP202 more dispersive in plastics and rubber than APP201 .
